Ordering

To order a piece of jewellery simply click on the the                                    

                         

You can click on the ‘View Cart’ button at any time to check what you have ordered so far. The ‘View Cart’ button is on the bottom left of most pages. If you want to change the order that is shown in your cart you can do so, otherwise, you can ‘Proceed to Checkout’ from either button and just follow the simple instructions.

 

Please note that the above ordering system applies to PayPal. If you would prefer to use another payment system such as direct deposit, just contact us prior to ordering for account details.

 

Ordering & Payment

Please remember that each aware jewellery piece is handmade to your requirements. This means that you will need to allow time for it/them to be made. Once we have received your order we will contact you to let you know how long this should be. If you would like an estimate of time before placing your order then please feel free to contact us.

 

Goods will be dispatched once completed and following receipt of full payment.

Please take care when entering your contact details to ensure they are correct - particularly in relation to a delivery address.

Payment

Payment is accepted by credit or debit card via Paypal which is widely regarded as the most secure way to pay online and at no time will your credit card details be disclosed to aware jewellery. You don’t need a Paypal account to make a payment. If you would like to find out more about Paypal just go to www.paypal.com.

If you are in Australia you can also pay by direct deposit. If you would prefer to pay this way, please contact us prior to ordering for account details. If you wish to use any other form of payment, particularly from outside Australia, please contact us to make arrangements.

 

All advertised prices are in Australian dollars (AU $) and a currency converter is available on each jewellery item page if you wish to use other currencies. Please be aware that credit card conversion rates may differ.
